Soil
The vineyards grow on soils rich in marl, clay, sandstone, and silt, formed over ancient marine seabeds. With the emergence of these seabeds, the characteristic elevations of the region took shape. Dolomitic glaciers further sculpted some of the hills, leaving layered deposits of clay, marl, silt, sand, and limestone conglomerates above the rocky base. This complex soil composition contributes to the wine’s aromatic complexity.

Ideal as aperitif, served with delicate appetizers and fresh cheeses. Also pairs beautifully with vegetable risotto and seafood dishes, particularly fried preparations.
