The Tradition of Bulk Wine
Bulk wine has long been a cornerstone of Italy’s winemaking tradition. Crafted from Glera grapes through the ancestral method, the process begins with primary vinification in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by a spontaneous fermentation that gives us the purest expression of the base wine. After careful stabilization and clarification, the wine is made available in glass demijohns or in refined bag-in-box formats, inviting enthusiasts to complete the timeless ritual of bottling in the comfort and intimacy of their own home.
After the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine is naturally sparkling and ready to be enjoyed.
This style carries the genuine, rustic character of the winery, where every step of production is guided by care and dedication to the craft.
