Vine training Sylvoz system

Soil The vineyards grow on soils rich in marl, clay, sandstone, and silt, formed over ancient marine seabeds. With the emergence of these seabeds, the characteristic elevations of the region took shape. Dolomitic glaciers further sculpted some of the hills, leaving layered deposits of clay, marl, silt, sand, and limestone conglomerates above the rocky base. This complex soil composition contributes to the wine’s aromatic complexity.

Harvest Hand-picked in September

Vinification Martinotti Method, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity

Tasting notes Straw-yellow with greenish reflections, offering an intense and persistent bouquet with notes of acacia and wisteria blossoms. The palate is soft, harmonious, and perfectly balanced.

Food pairings An excellent match with cheese and honey, lemon risottos, and desserts such as apple cakes or almond-based sweets like the traditional Venetian fregolotta.
